The Lord, God Almighty, Great Physician, the Good Doctor, the One who Created me…knows me in and out!

He has examined my heart and He has charted the path I will follow. He lets me rest in beautiful green meadows. He leads me beside peaceful streams so I can drink in the precious water of life without worry or fear.

He knows my needs and planned for them. The green meadows offer food for my soul and safety. Because the Lord is the Great Shepherd, He knows what I need long before I do.

So even before I ask the answer is on the way! Oh Lamb of God, You are the Good Shepherd, You are my Shepherd. The Lord, the Amazing God is my Shepherd. He leads me. He guided and continues to guide me. He walks beside me.

The Lord walked this way before me. He charted the path ahead and tells me where to stop and rest. I can trust the charted path because I can trust God to keep His word. I can trust His reputation. He is my Shepherd and will deliver me safely where I need to be.

I trust the Great Shepherd, the Lord, My Creator, Redeemer, Maker and King. The Lord is my Shepherd and I will follow Him.

“I will answer them before they even call to me. While they are still talking about their needs, I will go ahead and answer their prayers!” Isaiah 65:24 (NLT)

“He tends his flock like a shepherd: He gathers the lambs in his arms and carries them close to his heart; he gently leads those that have young.” Isaiah 40:11 (NIV)
