POSTER 1: MEN SPEAK UP:
Women cannot stop men being violence, only men can do that. That is why it is so important for men to speak up whenever they hear women being diminished, put down, sexualised or stereotyped. Gender-based violence will only stop when men believe women are equal to them, and entitled to the same rights and power.
POSTER 2: YOU ARE SAFE HERE:
This is our pledge to be a safe place for anyone experiencing violence at home, in all it's forms. It invites women to tell Salvation Army staff members if they are experiencing violence, sexual abuse or control. Our promise is to listen to them, believe them, and wrap support around them to help them become safe.
